Everything You Want to Know

How tall are the displays exactly?
The full unit including the stand is approximately 7 feet (210cm) tall. The screen itself is a 65" commercial display in portrait (vertical) orientation — it is truly a statement piece in any venue.
Do I need to provide anything?
Just a standard power outlet (10 amp) near where you'd like the display positioned. Everything else — the screen, stand, content, cabling — we bring with us.
How do I send my seating chart details?
After booking, we'll send you a simple form to fill out with your guest names and table assignments. We also take your colour palette and any style references and design the chart from scratch.
What if my guest list changes last minute?
We accept seating chart changes up to 48 hours before your wedding date with no extra charge. For Premium bookings, our on-site technician can make last-minute changes on the day.
Can the screen display videos?
Absolutely — this is one of the most popular uses. Upload your engagement video, a photo slideshow with music, or a looping highlights reel. We load the content and handle playback. Our Video Reel Edit add-on can also compile your clips for you.
How early do you arrive to set up?
We coordinate with your venue to arrive during bump-in time — typically 1–3 hours before guests are due. We'll confirm timing directly with your venue coordinator.
Is this just for weddings?
While weddings are our specialty, we also do engagement parties, milestone birthdays, corporate events and styled shoots. Contact us for custom event pricing.
Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes — we require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due 14 days before your wedding. We recommend booking as early as possible as weekends fill quickly.
